The Role You will be required to work on your own initiative as you will be out in the field providing onsite support to customers that will involve pump breakdowns, repairs and commissioning. You will need to call upon your diagnostic skills to fault find and at times carry out the repairs on site on a variety of equipment that includes pumps, fire pumps, water supply and waste water systems. Communication skills are key as you will be liaising wit h clients on a day to day basis in addition to completing the necessary paperwork. An understanding of plumbing or a mechanical background woul d be advantageous in addition to e xperience of PLC’s & progr amming.
