They are in an active expansion phase, requiring a Construction Manager to coordinate the programming / scheduling and eventually manage the EPCM construction process on a remote location gold plant. To be considered for the role of Construction Manager you need solid international experience on high value projects. You will be responsible for the achievement of project goals and objectives by monitoring construction deadlines and risk on the project. In conjunction with the Senior Project Engineer, you will manage the projects scheduling and procedures while monitoring project cost from pre construction to construction phase. You will also ensure accurate costing data is relayed to the Jakarta based project office. Working in the client team client, your construction crew will be responsible for overseeing the work of the various contractors, and their adherence to time frames, and cost schedules. Previous experience in construction management together with a sound knowledge of engineering principles in a remote construction environment is essential. Heap Leach Gold Processing experience is integral to success in the role, along with strong Heap Leach Pads support experience, with a solid knowledge of the processing facility required to support this. This project is schedule to run for 18 months, pre construction expected to run for two to four months.
