SIMULATOR TRAINING COORDINATOR SCOPE OF WORK: The Simulator Training Coordinator will work in conjunction with our Training Department to facilitate and support training in heavy plant operation, using a state-of-the-art mobile training simulator, specifically designed and modified to deliver Piacentini & Son's heavy plant training modules. The training will predominately be on site at sites which are spread across WA, so you will be required to travel on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will be a people's person with a passion for delivery of high quality training, have excellent communication and time management skills. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate a background in heavy plant operation and has or is working towards a tertiary qualification in Certificate IV Training & Assessing. In return you will be offered an excellent remuneration package, training on the delivery of this innovative program, an opportunity to travel frequently around WA and become an integral part of our training department to better educate and support our employees and clients.
