The primary function of this role is to receive inbound calls from customers, or potential customers in regards to their subscriptions. We're looking for Senior PM to join their team and successfully manage our large projects from implementation to completion. This role is accountable for effectively anticipating, forecasting and monitoring workflow and resources.
Key responsibilities:
• Prepare project status reports and keep management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues
• Be accountable for the activities happening on time and in line with process
• Manage the estimating process
• Be the link between the creative, account services and technical teams
• Manage the life cycle of all digital projects including planning, assigning and managing budget guidelines to meet specified deadlines
• Manage the scope, deliverables and work schedule
• Allocate, schedule and direct resources on your projects
• Schedule project briefings for the production team
• Manage projects and set milestones to execute them including budget allocation
• Work with the Client Services team on risk and issue management
• Oversee quality assurance
• Lead the debrief meeting on your projects at the time of completion
• Identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate these into the overall process
• Mentor Junior Project Managers and Producers
Skills and experience required:
