Mixed portfolio, mainly residential CBD Location 12 month fixed term contract A leading Australian investment and wealth house is currently looking to recruit a Regional Property Manager for their in-house property management team. Reporting to the Manager of National Property Services you will provide expert advice and high level solutions to internal and external stakeholders in the areas of maintenance, sales, purchases and project management. Specifically you will be managing a mixed property portfolio of up to 200 mostly residential and some commercial properties within a given geographical region. You will manage relationships with internal clients and external suppliers and also drive the compliance obligations for your portfolio. The successful applicant will have previous residential, retail or commercial property management experience. You will also have had exposure to maintenance management, sales or purchases. The ability to manage projects and provide expert solutions to complex property issues will also be seen favourably. A tertiary qualification in property is desirable but more importantly you will be an excellent communicator, well organised and be able to deliver first class service to your clients. This is a strategic appointment and is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract. A salary of up to $85 000 is offered to the successful applicant and prompt applications are encouraged.
