You will be working in a team of five people and report directly to the Accounts Payable supervisor. Your responsibilities will include: Processing suppliers’ invoices, preparing suppliers’ payments on a weekly basis, performing the matching of invoicing and goods receipts prior to any payments being processed, collecting copies of invoices for tax schedules and temporary advances, fielding calls from suppliers on a daily basis and creating new general ledger accounts. In order to be successful, you will have: Three years previous experience as an Accounts Payable Officer, strong reconciliation skills, good time management, a flexible approach to work and form strong relationships quickly. In addition, you will need to be a good communicator (both verbally and written), friendly, have a strong work ethic and ‘team player’ attitude. Previous experience in using Oracle and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
