Reporting to the QLD State Sales Manager you will be tasked with maintaining and developing a portfolio of customers through a partnership approach and acting as an extension of their business as well as new business acquisition and liaising with a varied group of stakeholders across businesses and customer bases. You main responsibility will be targeting SME's and maximising their usage of their fleet services. You will need to be confident and capable of communicating the USP's of the organisation and of the exceptional product and services. It goes without saying your customer service skills and listening skills are OUTSTANDING and your ability to convert conversation to sales is superb.
It is envisaged that the successful applicant will possess the following skills:
Superior negotiating skills
A proven telephonic sales background
Exceptional relationship management skills
Excellent business development skills
Business Development experience either across a similar fleet leasing field or from a Finance/Tax sales background highly desirable.
This position is placed within a team of 10 based close to the CBD and would suit an ambitious driven person. Salary is highly competitive and progression is ready for the taking with incentives in place etc
