As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products and driving business growth across the range. As a Clinical Specialist you will play an integral role in building our customers' confidence with and utilising our heart mapping systems. In both positions, you will be will be instrumental in providing hands on guidance and expert technical support, knowledge and advice in cases to highly specialised clients within QLD in the Cardio Catheter Lab/hospital environment. Your technical, clinical or scientific background and passion in this area will be essential to your success. Extensive world class training and ongoing support and development will be provided. You will be part of a team involved in some of the most complex medical procedures. We would be seeking individuals who demonstrate the following traits: A real passion about electrophysiology and patient outcomes An exceptional ability to assimilate and impart technical product knowledge Be very customer service orientated and be able remain calm and focussed under pressure You will be commercially astute and possess excellent communication and presentation skills with a natural ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
