We are looking for an Office Manager to oversee the daily running of our 2 offices. Job description: contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards, allocating human resources, space and equipment assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff, coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision, overseeing and organising the camping tours and tour guides on a daily basis. Skills: previous management experience in the travel or tourism industry preferred but not essential, must have excellent time management, customer service and communication skills, strong computer skills (excel).
