A little about the role: Based in Parramatta and reporting to the WSBC General Manager, the Manufacturers Connection Facilitator position is a contract role of approx 40 hours per month, overlooking a series of roundtable discussions, seminars and site visits. You will draw on your extensive knowledge and experience to manage all aspects of the Manufacturer Connection forum. More specifically, duties include: Build relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and service providers Develop event timetables and agendas Source participants and recruit members Meet each 4-6 weeks to act on agreed decisions by the members. A little about you: Ideally residing in Western Sydney, the successful candidate will most likely be someone who is presently engaged at a high level in the manufacturing industry but looking for a late career change. You will have the facilitating skills to encourage participation of the members, so strong communication skills are a must. As you will interact with all levels within the manufacturing industry, a history of relationship building is key.
