Based on site in the inner west 3 days, CBD 2 days Overseeing 3 neighborhood shopping centres 12 month maternity contract Exciting opportunity to join a well established, growing international property organization overseeing the management of a portfolio of 3 sub regional shopping centre's. Reporting to the Head of Property Management and the client, an investor who owns all three centre's, you will liaise with the clients' own internal management team based on site and work in unison to deliver a high quality management service whilst overseeing any small upgrades and refurbishments. Our client is ideally seeking an individual with shopping centre management experience but will consider individuals with commercial experience to be based in their offices in the CBD for two days a week and on one of the sites in the inner west for c3 days. Our client will look at people currently in an APM role looking to take that step up as this role will be less hands on due to the fact the client has their own internal site based teams. You will also work with the leasing teams to ensure the centre's are fully leased and will be responsible for managing the tenants and building a rapport with them, dealing with lease renewals and assist in lease negotiations, dealing with on-site contractors etc and assist with the budget management.
