Due to GHD’s success, we are now seeking a Systems Specialist to consolidate and roll out our Project Controls systems – P6, PRISM and Prolog/Projectwise. As a core member of the team and holding the position of the Systems Specialist you will primarily be responsible for setting up and establishing projects within the project Control as well as supporting project staff on the use of the system. Key responsibilities of this role include: · Advising the project staff in the optimum configuration of the project controls system, and monitoring system performance to achieve project outcomes, · Rationalise the fundamentals requirements from both a technical and project perspective to establish and roll out the system across the project. · Managing the extraction and documentation of accurate business, functional and client specific requirements for systems and projects · Ensure costs and commitments are achieved · Deliver projects in line with internal methodology and regularly liaise with any relevant parties to ensure communication is at a maximum · Define implementation success factors/metrics To be successful in this role you will have: · Substantial PRISM experience with demonstrated ability to setup, baseline and report a full array of modules · Working knowledge of Project Management and Implementation methodologies · Strong customer focus resulting in client satisfaction · Minimum 8-10 years prior experience in Project Controls; · Advanced knowledge and understanding of SQL and databases in general This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, well established organisation with a culture that promotes teamwork, integrity and respect.
