You will be involved in due diligence, liaising with ASX listed clients completing financial reports and tax compliance work.
As well as be responsible for corporate services and advisory duties such as ASIC compliance, providing advice to directors in relation to corporations law and ASX listing rules, assisting the board with strategies and providing advice on corporate governance.
You will interact directly with the partner and receive full training on corporate services and other areas you have not yet had exposure.
To be suitable for this role you will be CA qualified with at least 5 years Australian experience within public practice.

This permanent role requires an experienced people manager with strong financial management experience in a large, complex organisation at a senior management level. Following a recent restructure within the group, the role requires a remodel/cast of the existing budget, and harmonisation of existing financial coordination and reporting through the FMIS and related systems. There is the opportunity to get involved in the implementation of TM1, and of course financial statements to deliver. Key duties include: maintaining and developing a robust budgeting and financial management framework and associated policies and procedures; coordinating the preparation of more than one entities annual and monthly financial statements; monitoring and management of cashflows, assets, liabilities and major infrastructure projects; preparation of monthly financial information and financial advice for all business units managing the accounting and systems leading, developing and mentoring branch staff; and building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders including at board level The ideal candidate is a professionally qualified accountant with a sound technical background and robust experience managing medium sized teams in a large, complex organsiation.
