As the Event Executive you will be responsible for: ·         Managing and organising Quest core programs across 19 paper titles in addition to national News Limited campaigns. ·         Attending and managing the operations and logistics of approximately 40 events on an annual basis. ·         Developing and executing solid marketing plans to compliment campaigns across multi media, including EDM, online and social media. ·         Managing and maintaining micro websites, including cross promotion between sites and RSS feeds. ·         Working closely with our Editorial and Advertising departments to leverage campaigns and maximise ROI. ·         Provide support and direction to the Marketing Coordinator. ·         Create and scope opportunities for the redesign of campaigns. ·         Facilitate and provide strategic insight into community based consumer campaigns spanning across greater Brisbane.  You will have: ·         3-5 years experience in project management. ·         A proven track-record in events coordination and marketing. ·         Extensive experience in developing innovative marketing collateral. ·         Experience using social media as a marketing tool. ·         Demonstrable ability to build relationships with stakeholders. ·         A high level of written and verbal communication skills. ·         Tertiary qualifications in marketing, project/event management or a related field.
