Our client is seeking a legal assistant to provide high level administrative support to its close knit team of practitioners.
The successful applicant will undertake a range of administrative duties to assist all members of the commercial law team. Key tasks will include assisting with billing, preparing correspondence, compiling documents, file management and client liaison.
To succeed in this role, you will have exceptional administrative and organisational skills and will enjoy working in a busy environment. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. In addition, you will possess excellent computer and file management skills and the ability to build a strong rapport with clients.
To be considered for this position a minimum of two years administration experience is required. Past experience in a legal environment will be highly regarded; however, is not essential as extensive ongoing training will be provided.
This is a permanent, full-time position and candidates will need to be available to work within normal office hours, Monday through Friday. A competitive salary will be offered to the successful applicant, commensurate with experience.
