2 Remunerated Director Positions Sought After Directorships (1) Business; (1) Finance Our client, Harness Racing South Australia Ltd is the peak governing body for the sport in South Australia. Governed by 6 Directors, Harness Racing SA ensures the highest standards of professionalism within the industry, in encouraging, promoting and conducting harness racing across the State. 2 new Directors are now required to sit on the Board. The Directors whom we seek must be able to apply significant commercial acumen and corporate governance to the highly professional activities of the Board as well as hold specific skills, qualifications and experience in either Business or Finance . Following nominations by the Selection Panel, the Board will appoint 2 new Directors to fulfil their Directorship obligations alongside other Board members, including those with expertise in marketing, legal services and the Harness Racing Industry. Chef de Cuisine – MOUNT OSMOND GOLF CLUB The Mount Osmond Golf Club i s seeking an experienced chef with dynamic and fresh approach to food creation, preparation and service. The successful applicant will have a strong attention to detail, lots of enthusiasm and ability to lead and work with a team. They must have appropriate qualifications and have a thorough understanding of regulations concerning food preparation, health, safety and other compliance regulations. They will be responsible for but not limited to; · creation of new menus · stock control and ordering · staff management To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and effectively manage your time whilst providing leadership and supervision of other staff. Experience, professionalism and high standards of customer service are also essential. This full time position will require applicants to work as part of a small professional team and it offers a great working environment and conditions allowing the successful applicant to achieve a good work life balance.
